Nevada Rules (Statutes) of Evidence

Unlike the Federal court and many state courts, Nevada does not have a body of rules entitled "Rules of Evidence."  Instead, Nevada's rules have been codified in Title 4 of the Nevada Revised Statutes.  The original text upon which this section is based can be found by clicking here.  The following are the main categories:
